Agricultural/livestock truss tunnel, a self-bearing structure that can be anchored directly into the ground using stakes and plates. This means there is no need for concrete foundations, thereby reducing construction times and avoiding lengthy bureaucratic procedures (these depend on the local authority where the building is installed). Ideal for creating fully functional stables within the tunnel. The standardised size means it can be used both for loose housing and permanent bedding.
Due A uses a four-stake system designed to provide a secure hold on the ground, which is essential for the structure’s stability.
The Smart Force Tunnel is made of hot-dip galvanised square tubing, the arched trusses are connected to each other with joints, C-channel purlins and X-braces, which increase load capacity at the points under the greatest stress.
All joint points are protected with heat-shrink sheathing that stops the fabric coming into contact with and rubbing against the framework.
The cover is made from PVC-coated fabric, woven from high-strength polyester, designed and produced specially with industry experts to deliver the best possible performance for this purpose.
All Due A tensile structures are designed and can be calculated according to applicable Ministerial Decree 17/01/2018 regulations* on the basis of the precise installation site.
